PUBLIC NOTICE

The Borough of Newfield has awarded the following contracts for the year 2026 without competitive bidding for professional services or extraordinary unspecified services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 et. seq. and in accordance with a Fair and Open process. The Contracts (unless otherwise noted) and Resolutions authorizing same are available for public inspections within the office of the Borough of Newfield Municipal Clerk, 18 Catawba Avenue, Newfield, NJ 08344.   All Professional Services Contracts are awarded for the amount stated in the contract.
